Weisman & Calderon has a stellar reputation in Bronx County, and our daily presence in the Bronx Courts has earned us the respect and trust of judges, attorneys and court personnel alike. Our three partners have been Directors of the Bronx County Bar Association, and Carlos Calderón is a former President of the Association. If your offices are away from Bronx County, or your practice’s setup makes it impractical for you to make court appearances or try cases in the Bronx, we accept referrals, of-counsel retainers and per-diem assignments. We have over 70 years of experience in the civil courts of Bronx County representing Plaintiffs and Defendants alike, and for decades, scores of law firms have entrusted, and continue to entrust our firm with the in-court handling of their matters in Bronx County. We work together with referring attorneys to ensure the best results for their clients, and their clients get the benefit of our vast experience and network in the Bronx. We honor referral fees and all fee arrangements for referrals, and of-counsel retainers will be made in writing in full compliance with applicable regulations.
